  The little boy needed 100 dollars to help his parents pay bills. and prayed for weeks, but nothing happened. So, he decided to write God directly.

When postal authorities received a letter addressed to to God they decided to send it to President Obama.

President Obama  felt sorry for the young boy, his family  and instructed the Treasury Secretary to send  him a $5.00 bill.

The President thought what is five dollars out of a 8 trillion dollar budget. A good use of tax money to make a small boy happy. Not to mention, the boy would think he was using his own money and being a good citizen by helping his parents.

Delighted to get 5 dollars, the young boy noticed, it was postarked Washington DC.  He decided to send God a thank you note. 

              Dear God,

              Thank you for sending the money,

                   my parents can use the help,

                  But, why did you send it thru Washington, DC,

                   Those assholes took $95 dollars in tax !!!!!!

Dear Mister President,

As President, former Senator and a student of history , you must know we are going down the same road as Hoover and FDR, which made a bad couple years last a decade. A contraction into a depression.

Go down this road if you must, but at least oppose any act that would allow non-taxpayers, illegal aliens, partisan political groups, welfare programs, public employee unions, mouse earmarks for votes, or groups based on race or culture to benefit from any recovery package you sign. To allow such legislation would only divide us more along political lines and would not produce the results you desire, nor the results we need.

You have the Power of the Pen. Use it wisely.

It is acceptable in the politics of today just to give lip service to the liberal concepts of tolerance and natural rights. And then continue the policies and words of the past, that separate us along racial, cultural and economic lines.

One has to wonder if those who risked their fortune, honor and life was all in vain. Especially, from those among us who have no history nor do they remember the past.
Those of the past who embraced what was right are forgotten. Those of the past laid the foundations of the nation that allows Paniagua to enjoy the benefits of which some do not know.

There is “change” but it is not the kind of progressive change I hoped for. I had hoped for progressive change that would rescind all federal laws and programs and policies that reward or punish citizens based on race, culture, language or religion, in the likeness of King, not the Klan or La Raza.

  In the early 1900's, most educational leaders, as well as the rank and file of teachers argued that the unionization of teachers was prompted by selfish devotion to self interest.  The affiliation with the A.F. and L. was the prostitution of the well-being of all children. The main assertion was NO WORTHY TEACHER would ever feel justified in going ON STRIKE.
 

 Today we hear; Our new budget is only 193 million over last years budget of 56.6 billion. "We have to be out here (picketing) for the kids." LAUSD teacher the day of the mini-strike. 30,000 teachers stayed-out, on the picket line. That's 30,000 hours times approximately 700, 000 students lost time that will never be regained, never returned.  Again,  "we have to be out here for the kids." Just what kids are they talking about.  

 
 And, the LAUSD and The California Teachers Union wonder why some of us think the public schools are failing and set a bad example for all our kids, grandkids and future generations. Don't be surprised the next time you hear close the public schools for a year and just start over. A good time to start over might be 1904.  I do not think those teachers would pick D-Day to hit the picket line! 
 
Then again,  I wonder if  these students or teachers even know it's D-DAY.
 
  Not to be less corrupt than the LAUSD, the Nevada Teachers Union's threatened to use of the initiative process to increase taxes on casinos by approximately (44%)forty four percent. That's right forty four percent! If passed all the new taxes would only be used for teachers salaries. 

 
  And then, with the help of Assembly Speaker Barbara Buckley (D) a secret meeting was held between the Public Teachers Union and the casinos resulting in a bizarre plan that almost as corrupt as the original initiative. Nevada counties are to put the question of tax increases on the November ballot. 

 
Threats, blackmail and secret back room deals of the past have become the present for teachers unions. To use the initiative process to for a personal tax grab, not improve education, is corrupt  to the core. An act  only worthy of self serving selfish greedy individuals, but not public employees...especially teachers!

Not to be outdone by Nevada Teachers. The District Attorney charged Capistrano School Board (CUSD) held closed door meetings in violation of the Brown Act. While, voting the CUSD Super a 58 thousand per year pay raise. I'm sure it was all for the little kids.

Again, just what kids are they talking about?

What is the first thing you'd like to see Barack Obama do as President of the United States?

AFTER BREAKFAST:  Rescind all Federal Laws and Programs that reward or punish citizens based on race, culture, language or religion. AFTER LUNCH: Rescind the Prescription Drug Bill passed by Congress and signed by President Bush. Not bad for a days work, Even for President Obama.

 George and Sharlee McNamee bought their home 32 years ago in Corona del Mar, California.   In 2001 the California Coastal Commission decided to tell  George and Sharlee how and under what circumstances they could use their property which amounts to    constructive eminent domain without just compensation. In fact no compensation what so ever, only threats.
 
 The Coastal Commission creates policy, rules and regulations that carry the weight of law, with fines and punishment,  but do not follow the 'rule of law.'  In this case fines of six thousand dollars per day. This is a clear violation of the 'seperation of powers' doctrine.  That is; to make policy (legislate) with the weight of law  and enforce the same policy with the force of law (judicial) by the same agency.
 
 If there was ever a time for the City of Newport Beach to step up to the plate for a citizen, that time is now! The City should do whatever it can thru legal action or otherwise to deal with the Coastal Commission in defense of George and Sharlee. Especially, since the Coastal Commission is accountable to no one. Not the County of Orange, The City of Newport Beach and especially not mere senior citizens in their 70s.
 
 If the City of Newport Beach can not or will not go to bat for one of its own we have elected the wrong people. People who can not tell right from wrong and have  no respect for the 'rule of law. These seem like strong words and they are intended to be so regarding the Coastal Commission that acts like the King or a Banana Republic with the force of a dictator. And, I do realize Newport Beach is between a rock and a hard place with few options because the Coastal Commission treats the City no better than the McNamee's. But that can be overcome, if we as a people, support  efforts by the City to retain control by local government for local citizens. Yes, this could cost lots of money, blood, sweat and some tears. But to rid the community of an un-elected king, tyrant or dictator will always be worth the cost.
 
                I think John Phillips of KABC Radio said it best, "Joseph Stalin is back in charge."

What makes this quote interesting is the idea that no one in the US government knew of these concerns before the invasion of Iraq. It could not have been said much more precise or to the point. Not unlike the warnings and concerns regarding the current financial failure many of us listen with deaf ears. If we as a people do not get accurate information, then comprehend, interpret and apply we are sure to make the same erros over and over again. Especially if we disregard the source and lose the idea.

It’s a House divided —  not so much, because both Democrats and Republicans support the financial policies that has brought us to where we are. Our financial problems are caused by the injection of “socialist engineering concepts” into the business model (and education model).

 Herbert Hoover       These socialist concepts began with the Hoover and  FDR administration and have grown, with increased power and failure under each administration. 

The core problem is the federal government acting as the “Great White Father” using socialist engineering concepts applied to a free market. This must be addressed and stopped. They are not only unconstitutional — they have failed every time they have been applied or used.

Any current bailout, rescue package or payout without a ban on future government sponsored enterprises, GSE's Fannie/Freddie adventures is not acceptable. Without such a ban, we are continuing the same policy no matter how much the Democrats and Republicans claim this will never happen again. If we have the programs and support the policy, it will happen again and again and again.

Senator  Obama or Senator McCain will keep stoking the fires of the socialist train,..  we must take their shovels away from them — permanently!
